1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

After an order is placed, our team requires time to verify, prepare, inspect, and package the items.

Busy Seasons & Promotional Events:
Processing may take up to 5 Business Days during holidays, major sales events, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Fee
We currently offer:
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 per order
Shipping fees remain the same regardless of the number of items purchased.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Important Tracking Notes
- Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.
- Carrier scans are not always immediate.
- Temporary pauses in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a lost package.
We appreciate your patience while your shipment moves through the carrier network.
4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs regulations vary by country.
Customers may be responsible for:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Keenharm™.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.
5. Changes or Cancellations
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are submitted.

- Our team will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement whenever applicable.
Additional verification may be required before replacement approval.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Keenharm™ cannot be held responsible for:

- Failed deliveries due to inaccurate recipient information
